Last night, the MN House of Representatives passed the Johnson/Bakk Eminent Domain Reform Bill, SF 2750, by an overwhelming margin of 115-17.
The Senate passed their version of the Johnson/Bakk bill on March 27th. Since the Senate and House versions are different, a conference committee consisting of 5 members of the Senate and 5 members of the House will now be appointed to work out the differences between the two bills.

We will keep you posted on the activities of these legislators and their work on the bill.

threatening, intimidating letters thro the US Mails, unsigned, unstated

without statutory authority in a "Pattern" for over 20 years.

stating estimated meter readings:

b. Sharon stated minimun water was used as No Washing

confirmation no. 07495, manual meter read 092092 taken21Mar06.
(i) Chris stated another code violation was sent
thro the US Mails?????
